January - a time for new goals
Suze makes a New Years Resolution (2003)
As another January 1st approaches, I am once again considering making a New Year's resolution. Through many New Years gone by, I've made and broken many resolutions. I realize I haven't given my resolutions enough thought, nor had the commitment to stick to them. Resolutions made at the last minute won't work. Resolutions won't work if you aren't commited to them.

This Month's Health Tip:
Antibacterial soaps are a wash.
They may be no better at killing germs than regular soap, recent evidenct shows. Researchers at the Columbia University School of Nursing asked 238 New York City residents to wash their hands daily with either antibacterial soap or regular soap. After one year, all the hand-washers had fewer bacteria on their hands, but the antibacterial group showed no difference from the regular group.
