Body Mass Index Calculator
This site will not only calculate your body mass index, but will tell you what percentile you are in for your age and gender. I found the recommended body weight was extremely low (for myself, it was 20 pounds lower then the lowest my doctor and fitness physiologists recommended - your results may vary - assume the amount is for a small non-muscular frame.)
